Both free and private equipped beaches are available, offering various options for your relaxation. The property features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen for your convenience. Wi-Fi, television, and a washing machine are provided for a comfortable stay. You can enjoy part of the garden and a play area at the back of the house, where the drying area is also located. Two standard bicycles are available for those wishing to explore the area on two wheels. Free public parking is available just steps from Casa Lena. Please note that pets are not allowed and events are not permitted on the property. A tennis court is a 10-minute walk away, and mini golf is nearby. In the area, you will find golf courses in Sanremo (18 holes) and Castellaro (9 holes), water sports such as windsurfing, as well as boat and yacht rentals at Porto Sole in Sanremo, excursions to the French Riviera, and hiking in the Ligurian Alps. The owners live on site, but not in the booked apartment. You will have a private street-level entrance and a drying area at the back of the house for laundry and beach towels. You are close to the French Riviera: Menton in France is just a 30-minute drive away, as are Monaco and Nice.
